We have been in the sales and marketing business since 1986. We are also involved in the sales and marketing of insurance products.

Do I have to pay sales taxes on my purchases?

Sales taxes are only charged to residents of the state of Ohio.

How long will it take to get my clock(s)?

Our goal is to have all items shipped to you within 3 business days after our shipping department receives the order.

We deal in high volume with low profit margins. Our wholesalers gurantee us the lowest possible prices and we pass that savings on to our customers.

Does a person have to be home to receive their item?

Most of the delivery services that we use will leave a notice with you if no one is home to receive the item when they arrive. Once you receive the notice, you should contact the delivery company and set up a time for them to deliver it when someone will be home.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once our shipping department sends the tracking number to us, we will e-mail you with that number so that you can track the location of your order until it arrives to you.
