Return and Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Non-defective items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange. These items must be packed in the original carton. Refunds on non-defective products equal the purchase price minus a restocking fee of up to 20% and the cost of shipping to and from. These shipping cost are applied to refunds for non-defective returns only. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered non-defective returns.
How do I rerurn a package?
Please contact our friendly customer service representatives via email if an item needs to be returned. In the email, please include your name, address, phone number and order number and the reason for returning the item. Our customer service representatives will reply to your email within 24-48 of receiveing the correspondence.
When returning items to us, be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and sufficient insurance to cover the package in case is is lost. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. All items must be returned in "like new" condition including, origional packaging, packaging materials, documentation, warranty information and all other written documents and parts. Please do not deface or write on the items exterior packaging.
Shipping damage
Visible shipping damages must be reported to us immediately. If you see physical damage on the carton, point it out to the delivery person and ask permission to inspect the package beforing signing for it. If you notice damage to the item after removing it from the packaging, DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Kindly inform the delivery person that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make out a report and begin the replacement process.
Please note that our shipping companies are highly trained and all units are fully insured. Our quality assurance team inspects each product at the warehouse to insure they were received from the factory in perfect condition prior to sending it to our customers. If you discover concealed shipping damage or missing items from your order after you have signed for it, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any missing items if not reported within 48 hours of signing for the product.
Shipping and handling charges
Shipping and handling charges for items that are returned for exchange or refund are not refundable. Shipping charges for defective items returned by you, the customer, are not refundable. It is your responsibility for return shipping and handling cost. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is received defective but please understand that it is not our falt either if a product is defective. We ship the products that our distributors and manufacturers supply to us. However, we do offer to share the cost associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping back to Affordableclocksonline.com, and we will ship the replacement at no cost to you.
